Much to my dismay, I think they are trying to drop thier afternoon nap (BOO.) They typically go down in the morning with nary a fuss (Saturday was the exception) but the afternoon nap is hit or miss. Really we shouldn't be too concerned because they aren't giant bears by late afternoon, but they are redy for bed by 7 or so (we were really liking the 8:00 bedtime as it allowed us some pool/dinner/play time) and they are sleeping till 7am or so (well, you know, once Gray comes to our bed.....) So all in all it isn't too bad, but we are back to the after work scramble of dinner/bath/milk/bed. As with everything, I am sure it will change in a couple of months. :)
Here is Carter on Friday night. When you have the camera and say, "cheese" this is what he does. Makes me laugh everytime. And yes, he did put himself in that toy bucket. :)

Here is Gray on Saturday afternoon. He's clapping. If you tell/ask them to clap, stomp, dance (which is really the same thing as stomping - although Carter does put some arm action into it), touch their head they will! So freakin' cute. In addition, if you ask Carter to blow you a kiss, he will. Sometimes. If he is in the mood.
Carter showing me his teeth and his disaproval that we are on opposite sides of the barricade. We had blocked them into the living room with furniture, but then our little spider monkey named Grayson figured out how to scale the ottoman, so we had to break out the barricade. It keeps them contained in the living room, keeps them seperated from Abbey, keeps them off the couch, and away from the phone/lamp/drinks on the end table. And for the most part, they don't mind it - except when we are on opposite sides of it.
See, Grayson says that all is fine as long as we are in there with him!
