Happy 2^nd Birthday Boys!

A lot has happened in the past year. You’ve gone from being tentative walkers to being able to run, jump, climb, and gallop.

You can tell us what you want in 2 languages (English and American Sign Language!) Your mom and I love nothing more than hearing you scream, “Mama!” or making your wishes known - “Yes!” or “No!” You love pushing around your trucks, looking at airplanes in the sky, and pointing out every bus and truck you see on the streets.

Going to the playground with you is always an adventure! Not only do you love to go down the slide and swing, but you like to like to see what is happening around the playground. Grayson, you love to find bugs and collect rocks. We always know that after an afternoon at the playground that we should check your pockets – and they are always filled with muddy pebbles. And Carter, you love sticks. Little sticks, big sticks, it doesn’t matter. Sometimes you push them around pretending they are a vacuum and other times you use them as a walking stick. We also find a pebble or two in your pockets!

You make us laugh and make us want to pull out our hair on a daily basis, but we love being your moms, more than you’ll ever know. Happy second birthday, Buddies!
