December was a very busy month.

Here are a few more pictures from our trip to Philly.

Our former nanny, Mia, came down to NJ to see us. When Grayson saw her, he RAN across the room and jumped into her arms. It was very sweet - and very evident that he misses her! We all do.


The following day, we took a carriage ride around downtown Philly. It so cold - but the kids had a great time.


A few weeks later was the blizzard of 2009. We ended up getting about 18" of snow. Wow. We took the kids out to play in the morning when we "only" had 7-8". We went to the playground and the kids (and obviously Leanne) had a fabulous time sliding down the slides into big mounds of snow.


The day after the massive snowfull, my parents came through DC en route to Atlantic City. They brought helicopters, submarines, and bulldozers with them that were big hits. Here are the kids playing with their new toys in the hotel room.
