Things often heard around our house:

"Where is the remote?"
"Damn, the boys took it into their room before they went to bed."

"Doy Doy Doy" (Carter's impression of an Asian Homer Simpson. We have no idea what he is saying.)
"NO BITING! It HURTS Mommy." (followed by peels of laughter.)
"Maaaamaaaaaa Maaaaamaaaaaa MaaaaaaaaMaaaaaaa" (said to no one in particular and at ear splitting levels.)
"Where is Grayson's rooster?"

"Carter, we do NOT throw food on the floor."
"Abbey, look there is food on the floor."

"Isn't it time for them to go to bed???"
"It's only 5?" *sigh*

Chocolate pudding is yummy when you make it with soymilk and it doesn't set! :)

Grayon "helping" us take all of the hats out of the drawer. Notice the puzzle piecein his hand. It is his rooster that he carries everywhere.

This weekend at the picnic. They learned to use their SnackTraps (little cups with rubber tops that they can reach into and pull Goldfish out. The idea is that the Goldfish don't just fall out.) We had to practice learning how to reach in and get the fish. Now they love it!
